In the event of non-payment of Skidmore Electrical (UK) Ltd’s invoices, Skidmore Electrical reserve the right to instruct an independent debt recovery agent to recover debt and their additional costs will be payable by the customer.
The customer shall be liable to pay all costs, fees, disbursements and charges including legal fees and costs reasonably incurred by the client in the recovery of any unpaid invoices regardless of the value of the claim.
