Electrical Testing in compliance with new regulations for rental properties from 1 June 2020.

The new regulations require landlords to have an up to date EICR (electrical Installation Condition Report). The regulations came into force on 1st July 2020 and existing tenancies from 1 April 2021. All rented properties require a 5 year electrical test by law.
